As a licensed child psychologist, Dr. Puncochar functioned in private practice for five years prior to stepping into the role of Clinical Co-Director at Rogers Behavioral Health in Nashville. In this role, she provided supervision to therapists in child/adolescent and adult Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care across various programs (OCD/Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, and Co-occurring Substance Use and Mental Health issues). She also helped develop new programs in clinic, and she spoke at conferences and trainings for mental health providers, teachers, and parents. After a couple of years in this role, Dr. Puncochar opted to return to her practice to once again work directly with children and their families.
